A "Life is Good" Moment

Well! I've learned how to connect to the 'net at the coffe shop around the corner, so now I can write and post on my blog while enjoying a scone, a white chocolate mocha, and wait for my son to join me when he gets out of class. There's even whipped cream on top of the mocha.

Steve managed to find the cable for the camera this morning, so now I can relearn how to use the darn thing and integrate it into my working life again. The goal is to not only take pics of compositions in the landscape and pics of finished work, but to take pics of whatever might suit a post here. Steve also tweaked the appearance of this blog to allow for easier scrolling.

Spent most of the day up to this point doing laundry plus small jobs which have accumulated, such as cleaning up the spill pans on the stove, positioning clocks more effectively, putting up a smoke/CO alarm, etc. The list is long but getting smaller one step at a time.

But now it is time to take a break and I haven't been able to talk to Nick on his own for a long time.
